自拟肤康方熏洗治疗急性肛门湿疹79例临床观察

摘　　要：为观察自拟肤康方熏洗治疗急性肛门湿疹的临床疗效，将79例急性肛门湿疹患者随机分为两组，治疗组40例采用自拟肤康方熏洗治疗，对照组39例采用1：5000PP液熏洗治疗。结果显示，治疗组总有效率95．0％，对照组总有效率87．2％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，自拟肤康方熏洗治疗急性肛门湿疹有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、祛风行气、止痒敛疮之功效。This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of fumigation with home-made Fukang formula for acute anal eczema, 79 cases were randomized into treatment group （n =40）and control group（ n = 39）. Treatment group received fumigation with home-made Fukang formula,while control group sitz bath with PP solution（1 ： 5000）. The results showed that the general effective rate of treatment group was 95%, while in control group 87.2% ,thus treatment group was superior to control group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that home-made Fukang formula has the action of clearing heat and drying dampness, purging fire and detoxifying,expelling wind and promoting qi, relieving pruritus and promoting the healing of ulcer.
