摘 要:[目的]分析急诊科各层级护士的工作压力与心理健康症状的相关性,以提高护理工作质量.[方法]以急诊科护士为研究对象,通过中国护士工作压力源量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)问卷进行分析,利用均数、百分比对一般资料进行描述;运用Pearson相关分析研究,探讨各层级护士的工作压力与症状自评每个维度之间的相关性.[结果]各层级护士的工作压力与症状自评在各个维度间相关性不同.[结论]应有针对性地对不同层级的护士开展心理疏导,以提高身心健康,缓解工作压力.OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation between lob stressor and mental nealm sympLom in each grade of nurses of emergency department in order to improve the quality of nursing work. METHODS The nurses in the emergency department were selected as subjects, and investigated by the Chinese nurses stressor scale(CNSS) and symptom Checklist(SCL-90). The general date were described by using mean and percentage, and the correlation between iob stressor and health symptom in each grade of nurses was analyzed by self-assessment every dimensionality for mental the Pearson correlation analysis. RESULTS The correlation between job stressor and mental health symptom in each grade of nurses was different at every dimensionalities. CONCLUSION Each grade of nurses will be received purposefully emotional instruction in order to improve the mental health and relax the job stressor.
