摘  要:[目的]研究延边地区气温、气压对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的影响.[方法]随机选择四季老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病病人,每组各为15例,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELLSA)测定各组患者静脉血内皮素(ET)、前列环素(PGI2)水平,并进行气温、气压的相关分析.[结果]春与夏、春与秋、夏与冬、秋与冬血浆ET水平间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);春与冬、夏与冬、秋与冬血浆PGI2水平间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);气温与ET及住院人数呈显著负相关,与PGI2呈显著正相关;气压与ET,PGI2及住院人数无相关性.[结论]老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病病人发病与气温变化有关.OBJECTIVE To study the influence of season, air temperature and pressure for elderly coronary heart disease (CHD) in Yanbian area. METHODS Elderly patients with CHD were randomly selected in four seasons, 15 cases in each group, and the venous endothelin (ET) and prostacyclin 2 (PGI2) was determined by ELISA, and the correlation analysis was performed with season, air temperature and pressure. RESULTS The plasma ET was significant difference between spring and summer, spring and autumn, summer and winter, autumn and winter (P〈0. 05), and plasma PGI2 was significant difference between spring and winter, summer and winter, autumn and winter (P〈0.05). Air temperature was significantly negative correlation with the ET and number of people hospitalizations, and positive correlation with the PGI2. Air pressure had no correlation with the ET, PGI2 and number of people hospitalizations. CONCLUSION Attack of elderly CHD is correlated with changes of air temperature in Yanbian area.
