摘 要:采用碱溶液对国产医用聚乳酸单丝进行加速降解试验,通过对比聚乳酸单丝在不同降解时段的各项性能,探讨了磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)、Na2CO3溶液、不同质量分数的NaOH溶液对聚乳酸单丝降解能力的影响。结果表明:两个月内,质量分数为5%的Na2CO3和PBS处理的聚乳酸单丝的降解效果类似;在1周内,NaOH溶液能有效促使聚乳酸侵蚀,单丝直径、质量及强力减少,且NaOH溶液浓度越大,聚乳酸加速降解效果越好。降解初期,经过处理的聚乳酸单丝的结晶度较未处理时有所增大,且NaOH溶液浓度越大,聚乳酸单丝结晶度越高。The rapid degradation of biomedical poly (lactic acid) by alkaline solution was studied. The impact of simulated physiologic solution, strong and weak alkali, different concentration of strong alkali on the degradable effect were analyzed by comparing properties of poly (lactic acid) in varies degradation periods. It was shown that similar degradable effect of poly (lactic acid) was observed by the treatment of 5 % of Na2CO3 and phosphate buffered saline (PBS) within two months. Strong alkali could accelerate the corrode of poly (lactic acid) and reduce the diameter, mass and strength of the filament in a short period. In the treatment of greater concentration of alkali, better rapid degradable effect was achieved. At the beginning of degradation, the degree of crystallinity of poly(lactic acid) rose a little in contrast with untreated filament and high concentration of alkali resulted in high crystallinity.
