摘  要:针对装载航天飞船的重型卡车与运输机机舱之间的定位控制问题,主要介绍一种如何对重卡的倒车过程实施高精度定位及控制的技术,重卡在装卸过程中的定位精度和可靠性要求相当高。根据重卡的数学模型,对其倒车过程进行了仿真试验,并根据仿真结果给出了具体的实施方案和控制策略,系统由测距系统、辅助刹车系统、视频系统和控制系统四个部分组成。经现场实车试验表明,整个系统设计合理,运行良好,测距精度高,刹车可靠性好,达到了预期的目标。Aim at the position control problem between the heavy truck used to load spacecraft and the transport airplane cabin. This paper mainly studies the high-precision positioning and control technology of heavy trucks. High positioning accuracy and reliability is required during the process of loading and unloading. First, according to the mathematical model of the heavy truck, a simulation of reversing process is tested. Then, a specific design, installation and implementation method is given. The whole system consists of four parts: ranging system, auxiliary brake system, video system and control system. Finally a real-truck-test is made. The result shows that the entire system is well designed, have a high ranging accuracy and braking reliability. So the heavy truck running well. The test achieves the desired objectives.
