摘  要:为揭示大蒜皮对肉羊的营养价值及对肉羊生产性能的影响,以对大蒜加工副产品的合理利用提供理论参考,将21只3月龄杜蒙杂种羔羊分为3组:第Ⅰ组为阴性对照组,正常饲喂,不添加大蒜皮或大蒜素粉;第Ⅱ组为大蒜皮组,即粗饲料中添加大蒜皮;第Ⅲ组为大蒜素粉组,即精料中添加大蒜素粉。饲养试验进行大约1个月,测定各组采食量、日增重以及血液相关指标的变化。结果表明:大蒜素粉组试验期采食量显著降低(P<0.05)。大蒜皮组日增重较阴性对照组提高29.28%,差异显著(P<0.05)。大蒜素粉组日增重显著低于大蒜皮组(P<0.05),甚至有低于对照组的趋势。大蒜皮组羔羊血清总蛋白(TP)、葡萄糖(GLU)显著升高(P<0.05),尿素(BUN)、甘油三酯(TG)显著降低(P<0.05)。因此,大蒜皮可显著提高肉羊日增重,促进合成代谢,降低分解代谢和血脂水平。此外,过量饲喂大蒜素粉会对羔羊正常生长发育及生理功能造成损害。To reveal the nutritional value of garlic skin for mutton sheep and its effects on performance of sheep production and provide a theoretical basis for reasonable utilization of garlic byproducts,21 Dorper-Mongolia F1 lambs at the age of 3 months were divided into three groups:the first (negative control group),fed with normal diet without garlic skin or garlic powder; the second,garlic skin group; the third,garlic powder control group,adding garlic powder in the concentrate.The feeding trials were conducted for about one month,and the food intake,weight gain and changes in blood physiological and biochemical index of experimental lambs were measured.The results showed that the feed intake of garlic-powder group was reduced significantly (P<0.05).The daily gain of garlic-skin group increased by 29.28%,and was significantly higher than that of negative control group (P<0.05).However,the daily gain of garlic-powder group was significantly lower than that of garlic-skin group (P<0.05)and even lower than that of negative control group though no obvious significance was found.After feeding of garlic-skin,the serum total protein(TP) and glucose (GLU) of lambs increased significantly(P<0.05),while the urea (BUN) and triglycerides (TG) were reduced significantly(P<0.05).It indicated that garlic skin could improve the daily gain,and result in the increase of anabolism and decrease of catabolism as well as blood lipid levels of sheep.In addition,the excessive feeding of garlic-powder may exert a negative effect on the growth and normal physiological functions of lambs.
