摘　　要：本文介绍云计算如何协助中小型企业实施知识管理。并通过案例分析探讨其中的规律特性。中小型企业的灵活性与知识分享的企业文化有助于知识管理的实施,云计算降低中小型企业使用IT资源的应用成本,使得中小型企业有能力使用云计算服务实施知识管理。研究结果显示中小型企业利用云计算软件服务可以有效辅助企业知识管理的实施,改善经营效率。This paper investigates the characteristics of knowledge management practices at SMEs and study how cloud computing helps SMEs on knowledge creation process. The emergence of cloud computing offers a much cheaper and more flexible alternative and enables SMEs to manage knowledge with the assistance of IT service through cloud computing. The results based on case studies suggest the positive effects of using cloud computing to implement knowledge management in several aspects.
