摘　　要：本文通过传导机制阐述和实证研究对外直接投资影响国内劳动生产率的短期和长期效应,结果表明:就全国而言,短期内对外直接投资并不影响国内劳动生产率,而长期内则存在显著的正向影响;东部地区对外直接投资对国内劳动生产率提升的影响仅存在短期效应,不存在长期效应;而在中西部地区则正好相反,仅存在长期效应,不存在短期效应,这种区别是由我国区域经济不平衡和知识吸收能力差异造成的。此外,本文构建了动态回归方程,研究发现对外直接投资和国内劳动生产率之间存在相互促进的良性因果关系。The rapid growth of China＇s outward foreign direct investment has attracted widespread concern about its domestic economic implication in academic circles. In this paper, we investigate the short-term and long-term influence of outward foreign direct investment on domestic labor productivity by ex- plaining with the transmission mechanism and studying with empirical data, finding that at the national level, foreign direct investment does not affect the domestic labor productivity in the short term; while there is a significant positive impact in the long run. Our sub-regional empirical studies show that in the eastern region, there are only short-term effects of outward foreign direct investment on domestic productivity; while in the central and western regions, the situation is reverse, with only long-term effects existing. This distinction is caused by the imbalance among regional economies and knowledge absorption capacity difference. In addition, we construct a dynamic regression equation, which leads to a finding that there exists a causal relationship between outward foreign direct investment and domestic labor productivity in which one promotes the other.
