2型糖尿病合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血清铁蛋白水平分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨研究2型糖尿病合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血清铁蛋白水平。方法：选择我院在2012年2-12月收治的60例2型糖尿病合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者为试验组,选取同一时期收治的60例单纯2型糖尿病患者为对照组,对两组患者的血清铁蛋白（SF）生化指标进行检测。结果：经过检测发现,2型糖尿病合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的血清铁蛋白（SF）水平明显高于单纯2型糖尿病患者。结论：血清铁蛋白（SF）在2型糖尿病合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的发生、发展中发挥着一定的作用。Objective：To investigate the serum ferritin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes and sleep apnea syndrome.Methods：Selected 60 cases with type 2 diabetes and sleep apnea syndrome from February 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital as treatment group,Selected 60 cases with pure type 2 diabetes at the same time as control group.Detected the serum ferritin levels of the two groups.Results：It＇s found that serum ferritin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes and sleep apnea syndrome was higher than those in patients with pure type 2 diabetes. Conclusion：Serum ferritin may have some effects in patients with type 2 diabetes and sleep apnea syndrome.
