糖尿病合并血管病变的脂类代谢异常研究

摘　　要：目的:探究糖尿病合并血管病变患者的脂类代谢变化情况。方法:以94例合并有血管病变的糖尿病患者的资料为例进行研究,对患者的各项血脂指标进行统计,同时以同期收治的100例无血管病变并发症的糖尿病患者作为对照,对两组患者的脂质检查结果的差异情况进行统计和分析。结果:血管病变组患者的甘油三酯、载脂蛋白B以及低密度脂蛋白均明显高于单纯糖尿病组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者的脂类代谢异常能够一定程度上反映出了患者的血管病变情况,能够作为临床预防和诊断糖尿病的指标之一。Objective：To explore the changes of lipid metabolism of diabetic patients with vascular lesions.Methods：The data of 94 cases of diabetic patients with vascular lesions as an example for study,the statistics of the blood lipid index patients,at the same time indexes related to diabetic patients were treated 100 cases without vascular complications as the control,statistics and analysis of the difference condition.Results：The vascular lesions group with triglyceride,apolipoprotein B and low density lipoprotein were significantly higher than that of simple diabetes group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Lipid metabolism in diabetic patients can to some extent reflect the abnormal vascular lesions in patients with,can be used as an index for diabetic patients’ clinical diagnosis and prevention.
