胎儿主动脉弓异常的超声诊断和畸形特征分析

摘　　要：目的：对利用超声诊断检测胎儿主动脉弓异常的方法进行研究,对胎儿主动脉弓异常时的畸形特征进行深入的分析和了解。方法：统计2009-2011年三年间在我院进行产前超声诊断的产妇,数目16500例,超声检测出34例为主动脉弓异常,其中有28个胎儿经过后期诊断被确诊存在主动脉弓异常,研究这些胎儿的畸形特征以及最终结局,并对研究结果进行统计、记录。结果：通过对这28例的研究,得知有4例主动脉弓离断、11例主动脉弓缩窄,在三血管气管平面上,这两种畸形的特征均为主动脉的内径小,主动脉、肺动脉内径的比例改变。这28例中有3例出现双主动脉弓,10例出现主动脉弓和右位主动脉弓分支异常,在三血管气管平面上,这两种畸形的主动脉弓与动脉导管的间距加宽。主动脉弓异常的同时,存在其他的心内畸形或者心外畸形（P〈0.05）。结论：超声诊断胎儿主动脉弓异常准确性较高,对于孕妇和胎儿无伤害。胎儿主动脉弓异常有不同的畸形特征。Objective：To study the diagnostic ultrasound which is used to detect fetal aortic arch anomaly,analyze and understand the pathognomonic features of fetal aortic arch anomaly deeply.Methods： Statistics the numbers of puerperal who received prenatal diagnostic ultrasound of our hospital from 2009 to 2011,A total of 16500 cases,and 34 fetuses had aortic arch anomaly after the ultrasonic testing.By later detect,28 of them were diagnosed.Study their dimorphic features and the ending.Then keep track of the studying results. Results：28 cases in this study,that there are four cases of interrupted aortic arch,11 cases of aortic arch coarctation,vascular trachea in three planes,these two features are deformed small inner diameter of the aorta,aortic,pulmonary diameter ratio changed.These 28 cases,3 cases of double aortic arch,10 cases of aortic arch and right aortic arch branch abnormal blood vessels in the three tracheal plane,these two malformations of the aortic arch and the ductus arteriosus,widen the gap.Aortic arch anomalies,while there are other cardiac malformations or cardiac malformations（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Tthe accuracy of Ultrasound diagnosis to detect fetal aortic arch anomalies is high.It has few harm to pregnant women and fetuses.Fetal aortic arch anomaly show different dimorphic features.
