单味中药防治糖尿病的现代研究探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨防治糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,简称DM)的单味中药。方法:采用古今文献梳理与分析方法。结果:麦冬、甘草、天花粉、人参、黄连、生地、知母、茯苓、黄芩、黄芪、五味子、泽泻、熟地、葛根上述具有防治DM作用的中药大部分为补虚类中药、清热类中药,还有部分利水渗湿类中药,其现代研究的结果也为治疗DM提供了实验依据。结论:中医中药治疗DM,其优势在于对机体的整体调节作用,调动内因,作用于DM发病的多个环节,最终达到降低血糖,缓解症状并减少并发症的功效。因此筛选符合中医理论的中药,用先进的研究方法和手段来揭示其治疗DM的机制,将全面提高中医药防治DM的水平。Objective：To study on the single chinese herbal medicine prevention and treatment of diabetes.Methods：To adopt the Philological research method.Results：Ophiopogon,licorice,ginseng,Coptis chinensis,Radix trichosanthis,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae rehmannia,Poria,Radix Scutellariae,astragalus,Schisandra,Alisma,prepared rhizome of rehmannia,radix puerariae,that could prevent and treat of DM.Morover these traditional Chinese medicine were tonifying and Heat-clearing herbs,and some removing dampness and promoting diuresis medicine.The experimental basis also be provided by the modern research results of DM.Conclusion：Chinese medicine treatment of DM,its advantage lay in the overall regulation of the body function,mobilized the internal cause,a number of links in the pathogenesis of DM,reduced blood sugar,relieved symptoms and reduced complications effect.So screening Chinese medicine was in keeping with theory of TCM,research methods and means of advanced to reveal the mechanisms of its treatment of DM,could comprehensively improved the level of prevention and treatment of DM with TCM.
