摘　　要：目的：探讨水胶体敷料（康惠尔透明贴）治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的效果。方法：将60例尿布皮炎新生儿随机分为对照组30例,采用呋锌膏治疗,3-4次/d；治疗组30例,采用康惠尔透明贴治疗。治疗期间观察两组患儿尿布皮炎的变化,比较尿布皮炎消退时间及转归情况。结果：两组患儿尿布皮炎治疗效果及消退时间比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05；P〈0.01）。结论：康惠尔透明贴治疗新生儿尿布皮炎疗效好,经济方便,值得推广应用。Objective：To study the Kang whale transparent paste the effect of treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis. Methods：The 60 cases of neonatal diaper dermatitis were randomly divided into a control group of 30 patients,treatment with furosemide zinc ointment 3 to 4 times/d;treatment group （30 cases）,Kang Whirlpool transparent paste treatment.Changeing diaper dermatitis were observed in during treatment,compare diapers the dermatitis subsided time and the outcome of the situation.Results：The two groups of children with diaper dermatitis treatment effect subsided comparison,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05;P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Transparent stickers Kang Whirlpool treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis is effective,economical,convenient,and should be widely applied.
