摘  要:目的为及早发现沿河公路路基在抗水毁能力方面的不足,以便及时采取合理的补救措施,对沿河公路路基的抗水毁能力进行评价.方法结合广泛现场调研和专家咨询的技术手段,采用层次分析确定路基抗水毁指标间权重,运用模糊数学的方法进行评价.结果提出了沿河公路路基抗水毁能力的评价指标体系,制定了沿河公路路基水毁的因素集并分别赋予权重,进而提出不同评分等级的依据标准,同时得到沿河公路路基抗水毁能力评价模型.结论采用模糊数学的方法对路基抗水毁能力进行评价是可行的,有助于实现以预防为主的水毁治理原则.The aim of the study on evaluation of the capability of highway subgrade along rivers against wa- ter damage was to discover the deficiency of the highway subgrade along rivers in water damage in time, so that effective measures can be took timely. In the light of a great deal of field investigation and experts' con- sultation, the weight of the precise evaluation indexes of the capability of highway against water damage was determined accurately by the AHP method, and the evaluation was carried through the fuzzy research, the e- valuation index system of the highway subgrade along rivers against damage, and then the factors assemble as well as the different rating scales according to the standard of relevant factors had been brought forward, moreover the evaluation index had been weighted with the respective rates, at the same time a fuzzy model to estimate the capability of the highway against water damage had been established. Finally, the author has in- dicated that the Fuzzy Set Theory should be applied to estimate the capability of highway subgrade along riv- ers against water damage, which is the key step to follow the principle of ~ivin~ priority to prevention.
