摘 要:目的考查电解法对酸性大红3R(偶氮染料)、活性艳蓝X-BR(蒽醌染料)和直接耐晒黑G(偶氮染料)染料废水的处理效能,探索电流密度的影响.方法以铁皮为阳极,石墨柱为阴极,水力停留时间12 h,电流密度分别为0.048 mA·cm-2、0.071 mA·cm-2、0.083 mA·cm-2、0.095 mA·cm-2和0.119 mA·cm-2,进行染料废水电解试验,并对电解出水的吸收光谱进行分析.结果电解法对不同染料废水的质量浓度、色度和COD Cr都有较高的去除率,对氨氮也有一定的去除效果.当电流密度增大到0.083mA·cm-2时处理效果基本稳定,继续增加电流密度处理效果提高缓慢,此时酸性大红3R、活性艳蓝X-BR和直接耐晒黑G染料质量浓度去除率分别达到99.85%、99.19%和89.52%,色度去除率分别为93.10%、92.52%和83.33%,氨氮去除率分别为32.38%、43.66%和36.86%.结论通过电解作用染料的大分子结构发生了变化且产生了芳环等中间产物.铁和石墨为阳极和阴极的电解法对三种染料废水均有较好的处理效果.The paper is aimed to study the treatment effects of exectrolysis method on Acid Red 3R( azo dye), Reactive Blue X- BR( anthraquinone dye)and Direct Fast Black G( azo dye) ,and to explore the impact of cur- rent density on the process. During the experiment,iron sheets and graphite columns were served as anodes and cathodes,the hydraulic retention time was 12 hours,and the current densities were 0. 048 mA.cm-2 ,0. 071 mA. cm-2,0.083 mA.cm-2 ,0. 095 mA.cm-2 and 0. 119 mA.cm-2 respectively. The analysis of absorption spectra was used as a description. The results showed that the removal efficiencies of mass concentration, chroma and CODcr were high and stable, in contrast, the removal of ammonia nitrogen was low. The treatment effec- ties were basically stable when the current density increased to 0. 083mA.cm-2 and it had no significant in- crease when the current density continued to increase. The removal rates of mass concentration of Acid Red 3R,Reactive Blue X -BR and Direct Fast Black G were 99.85% ,99. 19% and 89. 52% ;the removal rates of chroma were 93.10% ,92. 52% and 83.33% ;and the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen were32. 38%, 43.66% and 36. 86% respectively. The macromolecular structures of the dyes had changed and intermediateproducts like aromatic rings were produced during the exectrolysis prosess. Finally, we can draw the conclu- sion that the exectrolysis method using iron sheets and graphite columns as anodes and cathodes had good treatment effects on the three dyeing wastewater above..
