基于农民就医环境的新型农村合作医疗整体评价研究——基于辽宁省A县抽样调查数据的分析

摘　　要：以问卷调查所得的370份调查资料为基础,运用多分类Logistic回归,基于农民就医环境对新型农村合作医疗整体评价影响因素进行实证分析。新农合定点医疗机构的医疗技术水平、药品价格、服务态度、报销方便程度、药品种类和报销比例等对新型农村合作医疗的整体评价有显著影响,而就医的方便程度和新农合定点医疗机构住院床位的紧张程度对新型农村合作医疗的整体评价没有有显著影响。农民对新型农村合作医疗的整体评价较为集中,在较好和一般之间,偏向一般。新农合在医疗技术水平、药品价格、服务态度、报销方便程度、药品种类和报销比例等方面不能满足农民的需求。Based on a survey of 370 participators, this paper conducts an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the overall evaluation of the new rural cooperative medical scheme in the farmers＇medieal environment using the muhinomial logistic regression mode. The results indicate that the overall evaluation of the new rural cooperation medical scheme is remarkably affected by the medical technology level, drug prices, service attitude, reimbursement convenience level, types of drugs and reimbursement proportion in the new rural cooperative medical care fixed - point medical institutions, and the level of medical treatment convenience and the provision of hospital beds in the new rural cooperative medical care fixed -point medical institutions are in- significant in affecting the overall evaluation of the new rural cooperative medical scheme. Farmers＇overall evaluation of the new rural cooperative medical scheme is concentrated between the good level and the middle level and biased to the middle level. The needs on medical tech- nology, drug prices, service attitude, reimbursement convenience level, types of drugs and reim- bursement proportion of the new rural cooperative scheme from farmers can＇t be achieved.
