摘  要:模具运动副的配合关系对成形过程及产品质量都有重要的影响。以液态模锻用模具的压头/压室运动副为例,根据热膨胀和弹性力学,导出了在高温和高压条件下轴/套类运动副配合关系不变的条件,得到了根据工艺条件进行配合间隙设计的计算公式。试验证明,满足设计公式的间隙在工作中既不会卡死,也不会出现金属液钻入间隙形成披锋,能够确保运动副在高温高压下正常工作。Fitting clearance in die kinematic pair has great effects on forming process and product quality. Focusing on pressure head/die chamber kinematic pair used in liquid forg- ing, based on thermal expansion and elastic mechanics, ways to keep fitting clearance in shaft/sleeve kind of kinematic pair under high temperature and pressure condition was pro- posed and a formula to design fitting clearance based on process conditions was achieved. Tests show that clearance designed with the formula will neither stuck the movement nor let molten metal in and cause joint flash. In this way, it is ensured that the kinematic pair can work normally under high temperature and high pressure.
