摘  要:塑料链条的用途越来越广,但在其成型过程中存在不易脱模现象。通过分析链类注塑产品的特点,在分型面选择时采用了2个相互垂直交叉的分型面,并与水平面成45°的设计。提出了模具结构采用强制脱模的脱模方式,通过采用大斜度顶出机构来顶出塑件的模具结构,实现了塑件的强制脱模。提高了模具寿命,并能够实现自动化生产,降低生产成本。Although plastic chain is increasingly widespread used, it is hard to eject in the molding process. After features of the chain type injection molding products was analyzed, two mutually perpendicular intersecting parting with the design of the horizontal plane 45° was used. Forced ejection was put forward. With mould structure using high angle ejection mechanism, forced ejection was realized. Thus, mould life was improved, automate produc- tion was achieved and production cost was reduced.
