摘 要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(AAS)法测定纯铼中痕量元素钠。对仪器工作条件如光谱通带、灯电流、乙炔流量进行了分析,优化了原子吸收测量条件。Na的质量分数在0.0001%~0.001%范围内与吸光度彳线性关系良好,线性方程为A=176.1c+0.004,相关系数,r=0.9997,方法检出限为0.0014μg/mL。钠测量结果的相对标准偏差不大于7.29%(n=8),回收率为93.3%-107.4%。该法操作简便、分析时间短、干扰少。The determination of trace Na in pure rhenium was investigated by AAS, measuring conditions such as light spectrum pass band, lamp current, air-2H2 flow rate were analyzed, and the measuring conditions of AAS was optimized. The mass fraction of Na was linear with the absorbance in the range of 0.000 1%-0.001%, the regression equation was A=176.1c+0.004, the correlative coefficient r=0.999 7. The detection limit was 0.001 4 μ g/mL. The relative standard deviations of determination results were less than 7.29%(n=8), the recovery was 93.3%-107.4%. The method is simple, short analysis time, and less interference.
