摘 要:目的建立高效液相色谱测定预调酒中喹啉黄的方法。方法样品中喹啉黄经聚酰胺固相萃取柱提取、净化后,用高效液相色谱法测定,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果喹啉黄在0.8 mg/L^20 mg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为0.0017 g/L,加标回收率为87%~102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于8%。结论本法简便、快速、准确,灵敏度及精密度高,适用于预调酒中喹啉黄的测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of quinoline yellow in Rum Sparkling by HPLC. Methods The quinoline yellow in samples were determined by HPLC after extraction and purification on polyamide solid phase extraction column, with the retention time for qualitative analysis and peak area for quantitative analysis.
