摘 要:目的探讨高效液相色谱法(HPLC)与化学发光免疫分析法(CLIA)测定人血清中丙戊酸钠(VPA)浓度的相关性。方法建立一种测定人血清VPA浓度的HPLC法,并用该方法和CLIA法平行测定62例精神疾病患者血清VPA浓度,对2组结果进行比较分析。结果两种方法测定结果具有良好的相关性,回归方程为:Y=3.066+0.977X(r=0.952,n=62);经配对t检验,差异无统计学意义(t=-1.456,P>0.05)。结论 HPLC法和CLIA法测定血清VPA浓度具有良好的相关性,两法均可以用于血清VPA浓度测定。Objective To discuss the relativity of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) in serum sodium valproate (VPA) concentration determination. Methods The serum VPA concentrations in 62 cases of mental illness were determined by CLIA and HPLC separately, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The regression equation of the results by HPLC and CLIA was Y = 3. 066 + 0.977X ( r = 0.952, n = 62). By paired - t test, there were no significant statistical differences between the results of two methods ( t = 1. 456, P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion There is good correlation between HPLC and CLIA in serum VPA concentrations determination, both methods can be used to determine serum concentrations of VPA.
