摘 要:目的分析近年来培养的钩端螺旋体菌株和监测人群血清中钩端螺旋体抗体水平,研究我省钩端螺旋体流行菌株与人群钩端螺旋体抗体的关系。方法采集国家级监测点的蛙肾、鼠肾、人尿、人血、猪肾,培养分离钩端螺旋体菌株。收集正常人群血清300份。用显微镜凝集试验测钩端螺旋体抗体。结果签定分离的钩端螺旋体菌株为:黄疸出血群、波摩那群、七日热群呈流行优势株。人群抗体阳性率分别为:黄疸出血群27.3%、波摩那群14.3%、七日热群15.7%。结论在我省三种钩端螺旋体群型株流行与健康人群血清中三种钩端螺旋体群型抗体具有一定相关性。Objective To analyze the antibody levels of cultured Leptospira strains and that of the human Leptospira, and study the relationship between Leptospira epidemic strains and human Leptospira antibody. Methods The frog kidney, rat kidney, human urine, human blood, pig kidney were collected from national - level monitoring points to culture and isolate the Leptospira. Three hundred normal human serum was collected to detect the Leptospira antibody using microscopic agglutination test. Resuits L. icterohemorrhaiae, L. pomona and L. hebdomadids were the prevalent strains of Leptospira. The positive rates of human Leptospira antibody were 27.3% for L. icterohemorrhaiae, 14.3% for L. pomona and 15.7% for L. hebdomadids. Conclusion In Hubei province, three types of Leptospira epidemic strains has certain correlation with the corresponding antibodies in healthy human serum.
