摘　　要：药物流产目前临床应用广泛,其主要的副作用为阴道出血量多,时间长。中医证属"产后恶露不绝""堕胎"范畴,近年临床研究表明,经方生化汤对此证作用显著,其通过活血化瘀药作用来促进子宫收缩及内膜修复。中医认为耳与人体是一个统一的整体,选取相关耳穴进行贴压,能起到调节机体机能,促进子宫收缩目的。两者对治疗药流后阴道出血存在许多潜在优势,能很大程度上缩短药物流产后阴道出血时间,减少出血量。A medical abortion has a wide range of applications in clinic.The main side effects are the large amount of bleeding as well as the long time of bleeding of vaginal.It belongs to the category of postpartum lochia succession or aborticide of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,clinical studies have shown that the classic party named Shenghuatang has a remarkable effect on this disease.Its role by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs to increase uterine contraction and lining repair.TCM holds that the ear with the human body is a unified whole,and putting pressure on related ear acupuncture point can rise to adjust the body function and promote uterine contractions.There are many potential advantages vaginal bleeding after medicine flows of the both treatment.It can largely shorten the time of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion,and to reduce the amount of bleeding.
