摘 要:丙烯酸酯压敏胶具有耐低温、耐高温,可凝挥发物和质量损失率低等特点,其产品广泛应用在包装胶带、保护胶带和双面胶带等产品中,具有较高的研究价值。丙烯酸酯聚合物中的各种外加助剂(如交联剂、引发剂、乳化剂等)对其性能都有不同程度的影响,但影响最大的还是聚合物本身。在丙烯酸酯压敏胶预聚物的合成中,单体的配比、引发剂的量、反应温度、聚合方法等对压敏胶的综合性能都有着一定的影响。通过调节几种丙烯酸酯单体的配比,研究软硬单体及其配比对压敏胶综合性能的影响。The acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) has good performances,such as low and high temperature resistance,low vapor and low mass loss,its products are widely applied in package adhesive tape,protective tape and double tape,etc,and it has high research value.Different additives (such as crosslinking agent,initiator and emulsifier,etc) in acrylate polymer affect the performances of PSA.But polymer itself is the greatest effect on PSA.In the process of synthesizing acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive,many aspects have effects on its comprehensive performances,such as proportion of monomer,amount of initiator,reaction temperature and synthetic method.By adjusting the proportion of some acrylate monomers,the effect of ratio of soft to hard monomer on the comprehensive performances of PSA is studied.
