摘  要:利用熔体流动速率仪、毛细管流变仪研究了氢调法聚丙烯(简称A)、可控流变法聚丙烯(简称B)及其经过双螺杆挤出机挤出的一次产物(分别记作A-1,B-1)在熔融剪切流动过程中的熔体流动行为。结果表明:A,A-1,B,B-1均为假塑性流体,随剪切速率增大,温度敏感性下降,当剪切速率高于1 000 s-1后剪切黏度趋于稳定;与A相比,A-1的剪切敏感性高、熔体流动速率基本不变;而B-1的剪切敏感性、熔体流动速率均比B低,且当温度高于230℃时,B的熔体流动速率大幅增加。The melt flow behaviors during melt shear flow process of polypropylene produced by hydrogen-regulating method and controllable rheological method (called A and B respectively), and their first extrusion products extruded through twin-screw extruder(called A-1 and B-1 respectively) were studied by melt flow rate indicator and capillary rheometer. The results showed that A, A-1, B and B-1 were all pseudoplastic fluid. The temperature sensitivity decreased with the increase of shear rate. When the shear rate was over 1 000 s-1, the shear viscosity tended to be stable. The shear sensitivity of A-1 was higher than that of A and their melt flow rates were similar. But both the shear sensitivity and the melt flow rate of B-1 were lower than those of B. And the melt flow rate of B increased significantly when the temperature exceeded 230 ℃.
