摘  要:采用凝胶渗透色谱、核磁共振碳谱、差示扫描量热法、连续自成核退火热分级和升温淋洗分级等方法表征了利用两种茂金属催化剂生产的线型低密度聚乙烯产品(简称mPE-1,mPE-2)的结构及性能。结果表明:mPE-1和mPE-2的相对分子质量及其分布、密度等性能较为接近,其中,mPE-2的光学性能、力学性能优于mPE-1,但是mPE-2中支链分布的均匀性稍差,mPE-2中支链少的高相对分子质量链段含量比mPE-1高,而支链多的低相对分子质量链段含量比mPE-1低。The structure and properties of two metallocene-catalyzed linear low density polyethylene, mPE-1 and mPE-2, were characterized by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), carbon spectrum of nuclear magnetic resonance (13C-NMR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), successive self-nucleation and annealing (SSA) thermal fractionation method and temperature rising elution fractionation (TREF). The results show that mPE-1 and mPE-2 are similar in relative molecular mass and its distribution, density, etc, but the optical properties and mechanical properties of mPE-2 are superior to those of mPE-1. mPE-2 has poor uniformity in branch chain distribution compared to mPE-1. The content of high relative molecular mass segments with less branched chains of mPE-2 is higher than that of mPE-1, while the content of low relative molecular mass segments with more branched chains of mPE-2 is lower than that of mPE-1.
