摘 要:采用粉体流动性分析仪对5种不同高密度聚乙烯(PE)粉料进行了分析表征,发现该仪器是分析表征PE粉料流动性的一种有效手段。结合数字成像颗粒分析仪对影响PE粉料流动性的可能因素进行了分析探讨,发现PE粉料的粒径分布及颗粒的球形度对粉料的流动性影响很大,而粉料的流动性差异与粉料的堆密度、平均粒径无明确关系。粉料的粒径分布越窄、平均球形度越高,其流动性越好。Five types of polyethylene (PE) powders were characterized by power fluidity tester (PFT). It was found that the instrument was an effective method for analyzing the fluidity of PE powders. Meanwhile, possible factors influencing the PE powder fluidity were explored by digital imaging particle analyzers. It was found that the PE powder fluidity was impacted greatly by its particle size distribution and particle sphericity. However, the difference of the PE powder fluidity had no specific relationship with the bulk density and average particle size of PE powers. The narrower the particle size distribution was and the higher the particle sphericity was, the better the PE powder fluidity was.
