摘 要:采用热台偏光显微镜和原子力显微镜等研究了含有不同成核剂的线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)的结晶行为和聚集态结构,探讨了LLDPE薄膜内部及表面结构与薄膜光学性能之间的关系。结果表明:随着成核剂含量以及分散程度的增加,LLDPE的结晶速率加快,同时内部球晶尺寸减小,表面粗糙度降低。成核剂VP-401E在LLDPE中的分散程度相对更高,这是其成核剂效果较好的原因。随着成核剂含量以及分散程度的增加,LLDPE薄膜内部晶粒更加细化,表面变得平整,可从内部和表面同时降低薄膜的雾度,改善透光性能。The crystallization behavior and morphology of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) samples containing different nucleating agents were studied by hot stage polarized light microscope (HSPLM), atomic force microscope (AFM), etc. The influences of the microstructure and surface structure of the LLDPE films on optical properties of the films were explored. The results show that the crystallization rate of the LLDPE resins increases and the spherulite size decreases with the rise in the amount and dispersity of the nucleating agents, as a result, the roughness of the LLDPE films declines. The nucleating agent VP-401E has higher dispersity in the LLDPE matrix, which contributes to the excellent nucleating effect. The LLDPE films have finer spherullite and their surface becomes smoother with the increasing of the amount and dispersity of the nucleating agents. Consequently, the haze of the LLDPE films is lowered from internal and surface aspects and the transparency of the LLDPE films is improved.
