摘 要:研究不同开口剂对薄膜性能的影响发现,开口剂种类、粒径尺寸对薄膜的光学性能具有较大影响,开口剂粒径尺寸越大及开口剂含量增大时,薄膜光学性能和外观变差。通过筛选开口剂使采用工业化生产的线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)树脂加工的薄膜具有良好的开口性和光学性能,采用优化的开口剂配方生产的LLDPE树脂制备的薄膜雾度比采用目前装置生产的DFDA7042制备的薄膜雾度降低35%左右,比进口树脂降低43%左右。The authors studied the effect of different anti-blocking agents on properties of films. It was found that types and particle sizes of anti-blocking agents had great influence on optical properties of films. The optical properties and appearance of the films became worse with the increase in the particle size and the anti-b lockingcontent agents. The film made of the industrialized linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) was endowed with excellent anti-blocking and optical properties by selection of proper anti-blocking agent. The haze of the film made of the LLDPE resin produced with optimal formula of anti-blocking agents was about 35%, 43% lower than those of the films made of DFDA 7042 which was currently produce d in the plant and the imported resin, respectively.
