摘 要:以丙烯酸(AA)和磺化腐植酸(SHA)为原料,N,N′-二亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用水溶液法合成了一系列高SHA含量的AA-SHA共聚物[P(AA-SHA)]吸水树脂。分别采用正交试验和单因素实验考察了AA中和度、MBA用量、APS用量和AA单体浓度对P(AA-SHA)吸液性能的影响。研究了P(AA-SHA)在不同离子强度盐溶液和不同温度去离子水中的吸液性能。并用傅里叶变换红外光谱和热重分析对吸水树脂进行了表征。结果显示:在最佳实验条件下,当m(AA)/m(SHA)分别为4∶1,4∶2,4∶3,4∶4时,吸去离子水率分别为410,430,260,160 g/g。A series of acrylic acid (AA)-sulfurnated humic acid (SHA) copolymerized absorbent resins [P(AA-SHA)] with high SHA content were prepared from AA and SHA via aqueous polymerization with N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide (MBA) as a crosslinker and ammonium persulfate (APS) as an ini-tiator. The effects of AA neutralization degree, content of MBA and APS, and AA monomer concentration on the absorbency of P(AA-SHA) were investigated through the orthogonal test and single factor experiment. The abs orbency of P(AA-SHA) in brine solutions with various ionic intensity and deionized water at dif-ferent temperatures was studied. The resins were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thermogravimetry (TG). The results show that the water absorbency of the resins in deionized water are 410, 430, 260, 160 g/g when the mass ratio of AA to SHA are 4∶1, 4∶2, 4∶3, 4∶4, respec-tively, under the optimal experimental conditions.
