森林认证背景下生态环境影响经济评价方法研究

摘　　要：介绍了已经通过森林认证的林区进行森林生态环境影响经济评价的重要性,以及森林生态环境影响经济评价的主要方法及评价步骤。对目前评价方法中存在的问题进行分析,提出未来森林生态环境影响经济评价方法的发展方向,指出了通过开展森林认证工作,在获得持续的森林经营利益回报的基础上,同时还可以获得稳定的生态环境效益。Introduces the which forest zone has been importance of forest ecological passed the forest certification, environmental impact economical assessment as well as the main methods and steps of forest ecological environmental impact economical assessment. At the same time, analyes the existing problems of the present assessment method, puts forward the future development direction of forest ecological environmental impact economical assessment method. Points out that the forest managers not only gained the sustainable forest management benefits, but also had a seable ecological environment benefit through developing Forest Certification. Study on the method of ecological environmental impact economical assessment which decided forestry whether to the development of forest certification in a scientific, healthy and efficient mode, the substantial research which related to the future development direction of forest certification.
