摘 要:聚合物微球在共聚过程中材料加入AMPS等提高微球的耐温性能,根据PI决策排序表,用PI值筛选先期调剖的井号,利用成熟的冻胶、预交联颗粒等防窜剂封堵油水井间的窜流通道,提高水井的PI值和FD值,堵窜后或者PI90大于平均值的水井采用交联聚合物微球在线调驱工艺,用FD值优化微球的"四个度"。这种"窜堵远驱"的施工模式符合国内的堵调趋势,是国内堵调工艺的一个亮点。实施后井组稳产基础增强,自然递减下降。The heat resistance of polymer microsphere materials can be improved by adding AMPS in the copolymerization process According to PI decision sorting table, the value of PI was used to carry out profile control well selection, anti-channeling agents (sophisticated gel, pre-crosslinked particles,etc.) were used to block channeling-path between oil-water wells, and PI value and FD value of the wells were increased, online profile control of the wells whose channeling-path had been plugged or whose PI90 was greater than the average was carried by using cross-linked polymer microspheres, and FD value was used to optimize microspheres "four degrees ".This construction mode can meet the domestic blocking trend, is a bright spot in the blocking process. After the implementation, stable production of the well group was ensured, the natural decline was reduced.
