社会排斥视角下的刑释人员回归社会的特点探讨

摘　　要：刑释人员能否回归社会关系到公共安全与社会的和谐、稳定。通过研究发现,刑释人员在回归社会过程中,遇到许多排斥,这些排斥呈现系统性、隐蔽性、相对性等特点。究其原因,既有宏观的制度性因素,也有微观的家庭及刑释人员自身因素。消除对刑释人员的社会排斥,建立刑释人员回归社会的支持体系,迫在眉睫。Released prisoners can return to society in relation to public security and social harmony, stability. Through the study found, released prisoners in the regression in the social process, encounter a lot of rejection, the rejection is a systematic, concealment, relative characteristics. Investigate its reason, both institutional factors of macro, but also family and released prisoners micro factors.The elimination of released prisoners＂ social exclusion, establishment of released prisoners returning to society support system, is not only necessary, but also feasible.
