摘  要:用单辊急冷法制备(Fe1-x Cox)86Hf7B6Cu1(x=0.05,x=0.3)合金薄带,分别用XRD、TEM、HRTEM、MS分析方法研究其微观结构;测算了非晶薄带中纳米晶的晶粒尺寸和晶化量,对比分析了各种表征方法的适用条件、敏感性和精度。选出完全非晶态合金薄带进行磁脉冲处理使其晶化,表征其结构和晶化量。(Fel-,Cox)s6HfTB6Cul (x^0.05,x=0. 3) alloy ribbons were produced by the melt-spinning tech- nique of single roller rapid cooling. The microstructures of as-quenched samples were characterized by XRD, TEM, HRTEM, MS analysis method. The average grain sizes of the nanocrystals embedded in amorphous phases and crystal- line fraction were determined too. Applied conditions, sensitivity and accuracy of the various characterization methods were analyzed and studied. The nanocrystallization of full amorphous was completed in low frequency magnetic pulsing technique, the structure and crystalline fraction of the sample were characterized.
