摘  要:以CaSO4晶须/纳米TiO2为添加剂制备了CaSO4晶须/纳米TiO2/PP-R树脂复合材料,并研究了紫外辐射对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:经7%的KH550偶联剂改性后的CaSO4晶须具有较好的分散性能,经6%的KH570偶联剂改性后的纳米TiO2具有较好的分散性能;与纯PP-R相比,CaSO4晶须添加量为5%时,复合材料的性能有较大的提高,其热变形温度由72.03℃提高到104.78℃,断裂伸长率也由45.32%提高到122.27%;添加纳米TiO2对CaSO4晶须/PP-R树脂的耐热性能和力学性能没有明显的影响,但却能大幅度增强复合材料的抗菌性能及紫外老化性能。The CaSO4 whisker/nano-TiO2/PP-R composites were prepared through adding the anatase titanium dioxide and CaSO4 whisker, and their UV aging performances were also studied. The results show that CaSO4 whisker modified with 7% KH550 possesses better disperse character, and nano-TiO2 modified with 6% KH570 possesses bet- ter disperse character, too. Compared to pure PP-R resin, the performance of PP-R resin added with 5% modified CaSO4 whisker improves considerably, as its heat distortion temperature and maximum elongation increase from 72. 03 ~C to 104. 78 ~C and from 45.32% to 122.27%, respectively. Meanwhile, the results also show that adding anatase nanometer TiO2 to CaSO4 whisker/PP-R resin causes inconspicuous improvement to its mechanical and heat perfor- mances, hut substantial enhancement to its antibacterial and UV aging performances.
