摘  要:以煤矸石为主要原料,添加一定量的铝粉、氧化硼和氧化铈,采用热化学反应技术在工业纯铜基体上制备了煤矸石陶瓷涂层和稀土改性陶瓷涂层,并对涂层结构、抗热震性及耐蚀性进行了测试。实验结果表明:陶瓷涂层对纯铜的耐蚀性有一定改善;煤矸石陶瓷涂层和稀土改性陶瓷涂层的耐酸性分别为基体的1.52倍、2.39倍,耐盐性分别为基体的1.29倍、2.01倍,耐石油介质性分别为基体的1.50倍、2.00倍。Using coal gangue as the main raw material, and adding some A1, Bz 03 and CeOz, ceramic coatings were prepared through the thermo-chemical reaction method on the surface of Cu. The system of coating, the thermal shock and corrosion resistance of coatings were tested. The results show that ceramic coatings can improve the corro- sion resistance of Cu. In the corrosion experiments, the acidic resistance of the coal gangue ceramic coating and the coal gangue ceramic coating modified by rare earth are 1.52 times and 2.39 times as that of the matrix. The salt resistance are 1.29 times and 2. 01 times as that of the matrix, the oil medium resistance are 1.50 times and 2. 00 times as that of the matrix.
