摘 要:采用固相反应法在873 K合成了Pr2InNdO7光催化剂,通过X射线衍射(XID)、比表面积(BET)、光致发光(PL)和紫外-可见漫反射(UV-Vis DRS)测试手段对其进行了表征.以亚甲基蓝(MB)为光催化反应的模型化合物,在紫外和可见光的照射下对Pr2InNdO7光催化剂的活性进行了评价.结果表明:Pr、In、Nd的质量比对Pr2 InNdO7样品的光催化活性有重要的影响,当Pr、In、Nd的质量比为1:4:1时,Pr2 InNdO7样品的紫外和可见光催化活性分别达到最大值,并且它的光催化活性明显高于纯In2O3.这显著提高的光催化活性主要归功于适量的Pr2 O3、Nd2O5与In2 O3复合增加了它的比表面积,改善了光生电子-空穴对的分离效率以及提高了其在200~800 nm区域的光吸收强度.Pr2 InNdO7 photocatalysts were prepared by solid phase reaction method at 873 K and characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET),photoluminescence (PL) spectra and UV visible diffuse reflection spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS).The activities of Pr2 InNdO7 photocatalysts were evaluated by using methylene blue (MB) as a mode compound of photocatalytic reaction under UV and visible light irradiation.The results show that m(Pr)/m(In)/m(Nd) have an important effect on the photocatalytic activities of Pr2 InNdO7 samples.When m(Pr)/m(In)/m(Nd) is 1:4:1,the photocatalytic activities of Pr2InNdO7 samples reach the maximums under UV and visible light irradiation,respectively,and its photocatalytic activities are obviously higher than those of pure In2 O3.The remarkably enhanced photocatalytic activities can be mainly attributed to the fact that a proper amount of Pr2 O3 and Nd2 O5 combined with In2O3 increase its BET surface area,improve the separation efficiency of photogenerated electrons and holes,and enhance the absorption intensity in 200-800 nm light region.
