摘  要:对四道次ECAP变形后7005铝合金进行退火处理,通过显微硬度仪、电子万能试验机以及透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其力学性能及显微组织进行测试和观察,并研究分析退火温度对其力学性能及显微组织的影响。结果表明:随着退火温度的升高,变形后7005铝合金试样硬度及抗拉强度都有下降的趋势;当在150℃退火处理1h后晶粒细化程度比较好,亚晶粒与晶胞都没有发生明显的长大,并且分布呈现均匀化趋势。Four-pass ECAP-extruded 7005 aluminum alloys were annealed at different temperatures, and their mechanical properties and microstructures were tested and observed by microhardness tester, electronic universal tes-ting machine and TEM. The effects of annealing temperature on mechanical properties and microstructure of the ECAP-extruded 7005 AI alloy were investigated and analyzed. The results revealed that hardness and tensile strength decreased with increasing annealing temperature. A1 alloy with more refined grains could be obtained by annealing at 150 Y2 for 1 h, as it possessed inconspicuously grown and homogeneously distributive sub-grain and grain cell.
