摘 要:第二代超导带材在军事、医学及机电等领域有着非常广阔的应用前景。近些年随着超导材料需求的日益增长,人们也不断地对其工艺、方法进行改进,提高超导材料的整体性能。简要回顾了近年来YBCO超导层制备技术的研究现状,着重介绍了金属有机沉积法(MOD)制备YBCO涂层导体的工艺过程和研究概况,简要综述了相关工艺改进及添加剂改性等情况。The second generation superconducting tapes have wide applications as new materials in military, medicine, high efficiency motors and generator manufacturing. With the demand of the superconducting materials in creasing in recent years,the processes and methods are improved to increase the overall performance of the supercon ducting materials. The research status of YBCO films are reviewed briefly, the research progress of YBCO thin films prepared by metalorganic deposition (MOD) techniques are focused on. The related technology improvement and ad ditive modification are discussed as well.
