摘　　要：基于IEC 61850标准,设计智能变电站测控仿真软件,实现IEC 61850服务器通信模块的仿真。An intelligent substation monitoring and control simulation software based on IEC 61850 standard is designed and the simulation of communication module of IEC 61850 server is implemented.
