摘  要:采用室内饲养和田间调查相结合的方法,系统研究了酢浆草岩螨的生物学特性和种群动态。结果表明:24℃-30℃范围内,发育历期随温度的升高而缩短,24℃完成1代需要15.86±0.47d,30℃需要11.57±0.60d;成螨的寿命和产卵期随温度的升高而缩短,24℃时分别为18±0.56d和15.78±0.61d,30℃缩短为14.18±0.75d和12。30-0.83d;平均产卵量和日均产卵量随温度的升高而增加,24℃时分别为33.67±1.39粒/早和2.13±0.12粒/d/早;30℃时增加为65.90±3.45粒/早和5.65±0.36粒/d/早。该螨在豫北地区1年发生7~9代,有2次发生高峰,第1次在5月中下旬至7月下旬,第2次在10月中旬至11月中旬。以雌成螨在红花酢浆草根际附近的土缝内越冬。Based the method of investigation combining on indoor rearing and field, the biological characteristics and population dynamics ofPetrobia (Tetranychina) harti were systematically studied. The results showed :the development period is shorten with,the rise of temperature at 24℃ to 30 ℃, finishing 1 generation needs to be 15.86±0.47 d on 24 ℃, 11.57±0.60 d on 30 ℃; the adtdt mites's life and spawning period was shortened with the temperature increasing, they are respectively 18±0.56 d and 15.78±0.61 d on 24℃, 14.18±0.75 d and 12.30±0.83 d on 30 ℃ ; Average fecundity and average daily fecundity increases with the rise of temperature, were 33.67±1.39 when bead /♀ and 2.13±0.12 / d / ♀ on 24 ℃; And the average fecundity and average daily fecundity increased respectively 65.90±3.45/♀ and 5.65±0.36 for grain/d / ♀ on 30 ℃. The mites in the northern regions of Henan finished 7 - 9 generations one year. There are two peak occurs, the first is from in the mid late may to late July, the second time is from the middle of October to the middle of November. The female adult mites wintered in safflower Oxalis rhizosphere soil near the seam.
