摘 要:为节约用钢量,保证风力发电机塔架柱具有更好的经济性,基于1.5 MW风电塔架柱的参数,设计了一种新型的中空内外钢管混凝土风力发电机组塔架柱。基于Ansys软件建立了该塔架柱的三维有限元模型,并对其进行了塔架柱静力分析和模态分析,得到了在额定风速下正常运行、切出风速下正常运行和极端风况下停机这3种工况下塔架柱的应力及塔架柱顶位移变化,以及塔架柱的固有频率和振型。结果表明:该塔架柱不会与叶片发生共振,且其结构满足工程的强度和刚度要求。In order to save the steel consumption, ensure the better economy of wind turbine tower, this paper designed a new concrete filled double skin steel tube for wind turbine tower, based on the parameters of 1.5 MW wind turbine tower. A three-dimensional finite element model of wind turbine tower was built by using the finite element software ANSYS, then the static strength analysis and modal analysis were carried out, in which the stress and displacement at the top of the tower were calculated under three kinds of working conditions : normal operation with rated wind speed, normal operation with cut- out wind speed and shutdown under extreme wind conditions, the natural frequency and mode shapes of the tower were obtained as well. The results show that the tower does not resonate with blades, and its structure can meet the strength and stiffness requirements of engineering.
