摘  要:目的分析石墨炉原子吸收测定尿镍的影响因素,改良石墨炉原子吸收测定尿镍的方法。方法以Triton X-100+氯化钯混合液作基体改进剂稀释样品直接测定。结果标准曲线在0!g/L~50!g/L范围内线性良好,回归方程:Y=0.00533C-0.0059,相关系数r=0.9991,检出限为:0.58!g/L,样品分析的相对偏差在2.8%~4.3%之间,回收率在92.3%~105.7%之间。结论使用混合基体改进剂测定尿镍,操作简单快速,基底效应小,结果准确可靠,适用于日常工作中尿镍的检测。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of nickel in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS), and to modify the GFAAS for determination of nickel in urine. Methods Triton X - 100 + PdC12 mixed solution was used as matrix modifier to dilute samples for direct determination of nickle in urine. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 0 μg/L 50 μg/L, the regression equation was Y = 0. 00533C - 0.0059, the correlation coefficient was 0. 9991, the detection limit was O. 58 p,g/L, the relative deviation of the sample was between 2.8% N 4.3% and the recovery rate was 92.3% - 105.7%. Conclusion GFAAS with mixed matrix modifier is simple and fast for determination of nickel content in u-fine, with less substrate effect, accurate and reliable results, so it is suitable for routine determination of nickel in urine.
