摘 要:目的掌握东莞市宾馆(酒店)集中空调系统中嗜肺军团菌的污染情况和菌型分布,为预防集中空调系统空气传播军团病提供科学依据。方法于2009年-2011年对东莞市部分宾馆(酒店)进行监测调查,检测集中空调系统的冷却塔水、冷凝水的嗜肺军团菌,对结果进行分析。结果 94家宾馆(酒店)集中空调系统中嗜肺军团菌检出率为35.11%(33/94);在146份冷却塔水、冷凝水中分离出61株嗜肺军团菌,检出率为41.78%;61株嗜肺军团菌,LP1血清型占40.98%,LP2~14血清型占59.02%。结论东莞市宾馆(酒店)集中空调系统存在嗜肺军团菌污染,需加强卫生监督和采取综合措施以保障公共卫生安全。Objective To investigate the contamination status and serotype distribution of L. pneumophila in central air - condi- tioning system of hotels in Dongguan, and provide scientific grounds for the prevention and control of air infectious diseases. Methods From 2009 to 2011, samples of cooling tower water and condensate water of central air - conditioning system in some hotels were selected to detect L. pneumophila. The detection results were analyzed. Results The positive rate of L. pneumophila was 35.11% (33)-94) in 9 hotels. A total of 61 L. pneurnophila strains were isolated from 146 samples of cooling tower water and condensate water, the positive rate was 41.78%. LP1 type accounted for 40.98% (25/61), and LP2 - 14 type accounted for 59.02% ( 36/61 ). Conclusion L. pneumophila contamination existed in central air - conditioning system of hotels in Dong- guan, which bad potential harm to the public health. Sanitation monitoring and comprehensive prevention measures should be strengthened to guarantee the public heath safety.
