心率变异性及心电图药物试验在心脏神经官能症诊断中作用

摘　　要：目的评价心率变异性(HRV)检查及心电图药物试验在心脏神经官能症诊断中的作用。方法选取51例心脏神经官能症患者为观察组,同数量、同年龄组健康者为对照组,回顾性分析其动态心电图(Holter)和常规心电图检查,对比分析其心率变异性,并对ST-T改变者行心电图药物试验,观察其阳性率。结果①心率变异性比较:心脏神经官能症患者组较对照组降低;②心脏神经官能症患者组,ST-T异常改变者经心电图药物试验,其阳性率>阴性率。结论行心率变异性检查及心电图药物试验可辅助诊断心脏神经官能症。Objective To evaluate the effect of heart rate variability inspection and electrocardiogram drug test on the diagnosis of cardiac neurosis.Methods Fifty-one cases of cardiac neurosis were choosed as the observation group,and 51 healthy subjects who had the same age were choosed as control group.Both groups were given the dynamic electrocardiogram（Holter） and conventional electrocardiogram inspection,then the heart rate variability was comparatively analyzed,and its positive rate after doing electrocardiogram drug test for the ST-T changer was observed.Results The heart rate variability of the cardiac neurosis patients was lower than that in the control group.After the electrocardiogram drug test for the ST-T changers of the cardiac neurosis patients,the positive rate was greater than the negative rate.Conclusion The inspection of the heart rate variability and electrocardiogram drug test may be as auxiliary indexes for diagnosis of cardiac neurosis.
