小儿病毒性脑炎87例诊治分析

摘　　要：目的总结小儿病毒性脑炎的临床治疗效果及预后。方法回顾性分析2009年6月至2012年6月收治的87例小儿病毒性脑炎病例资料,包括发病情况、临床特点、脑脊液、脑电图、脑CT、治疗及预后情况。结果经抗病毒、营养脑细胞、脱水、对症支持等综合治疗,87例患者中完全治愈79例,好转8例。结论病毒性脑炎临床表现呈多样化,脑电图及脑脊液检查对疾病的早期诊断及病情评估有较大的临床意义,积极早期综合治疗可有效控制病毒性脑炎病情。Objective To summarize the clinical therapeutic effect and prognosis of viral encephalitis in children.Methods The clinical datas of 87 cases of viral encephalitis in children in our department from June 2009 to June 2012 were retrospectively analyzed,the clinical data including disease condition,clinical characteristics,cerebrospinal fluid（CSF） examination,electroencephalogram（EEG）,head CT,treatment and prognosis.Results Through therapy of anti-virus,nourish brain cell,dehydrate,symptomatic treatment and combined therapy,79 cases were cured completely,8 cases were improved.Conclusion The clinical manifestation of viral encephalitis are various.Cerebrospinal fluid examination and electroencephalogram have great clinical meaning in early diagnosis and appraisal of viral encephalitis.Early combined therapy can control viral encephalitis effectively.
