摘  要:目的对大果榕Ficus auriculata根的化学成分进行研究。方法采用正、反相硅胶色谱、凝胶色谱及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据及理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果从大果榕根95%乙醇冷浸提取物的醋酸乙酯部位分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、α-香树脂醇(2)、6β-羟基-豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(3)、豆甾烷-3,6-二酮(4)、豆甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(5)、3-(1-羟乙基)-7-羟基异苯并呋喃酮(6)、(R)-(+)-de-O-methyllasiodiplodin(7)、前胡醇(8)、()-3,5-dimethyl-8-methoxy-3,4-dihydroisocoumarin(9)、(R)-()-mellein methyl ethe(r10)、5-formyl-8-hydroxy-3,4-dihydroisocoumarin(11)、(R)-()-5-methoxycarbonyl mellein(12)、β-胡萝卜苷(13)。结论除化合物1外,所有化合物均为首次从大果榕中分离得到,其中化合物4~12为首次从榕属植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents from the roots ofFicus auriculata. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods, including silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 columns, and recrystallization. Structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated based on NMR and ESI-MS data, as well as physicochemical properties. Results Thirteen compounds were obtained in the EtOAc fraction of ethanol extract from the roots of F. auriculata and identified as β-sitosterol (1), α-amyrin (2), 6β-hydroxystigmast-4-en-3one (3), stigmasta-3, 6-dione (4), (22E, 24S)-24-methyl-5a- choleata-7, 22-diene-313, 5, 613-triol (5), 3-(l-hydroxyethyl)-7-hydroxy-l-isobenzofuranone (6), (R)-(+)-de-O-methyllasiodiplodin (7), decursinol (8), (-)-3, 5-dimethyl-8-methoxy-3, 4-dihydroisocoumarin (9), (R)-(-)-mellein methyl ether (10), 5-formyl-8-hydroxy-3, 4-dihydroisocoumarin (11), (R)-(-)-5-methoxycarbonyl mellein (12), and 13-daucosterol (13). Conclusion All the compounds except compound 1 are firstly isolated from E auriculata, and compounds 4--12 are found in the plants ofFicus Linn. for the first time.
