摘　　要：宝钢焦炉升级改造工程中,新建一组两座55孔7 m焦炉。基于宝钢原有焦炉为日本M型焦炉,采用了先立炉柱施工工艺,几十年生产运行证明,该工艺具有科学性和先进性,所以决定新建的焦炉采用先立炉柱工艺。结合7 m焦炉护炉铁件结构特点,阐述先安炉柱的施工顺序、工艺和操作要领。In the Baosteel coke oven upgrade project, a new group of 2x55 chambers 7 m coke oven were built. Because original Japanese M type coke oven used the first erected buekstays of coke oven construction process, and the production operation of several decades proved that the process is scientific and advanced, the technology of the first erected buckstays of coke oven was used in the new coke oven. Combining with the iron structure characteristics of the 7 m coke oven, the ,construction sequence, technology and operating essentials of the first erected buckstays of coke oven were elaborated.
