摘　　要：随着多起冤案事件的渐次曝光,各界对承办这些案件的司法人员的法律素质褒贬不一,争议很大。综合分析媒体提供的浙江叔侄案件的相关信息,可见侦查中存在的一些问题以及承办刑事案件侦查人员的法律素质问题,应引起公安教育部门的高度重视。Since the exposure of some injustice cases, tile legal quality of the judicial personnel in charge of the cases has become a controversial issue in the society. By comprehensively analyzing the relevant information of the injustice case of Zhang Hui and Zhang （,an-ping. the paper points out that the departments of police education must attach great importance to the issue of investigators legal quality as well as the existing problems in investigation.
