中外警察巡逻勤务制度比较研究

摘　　要：巡逻勤务在警察勤务工作中具有重要地位,各国警察均将其视为警察勤务最基础也是最重要的工作,但各国巡逻勤务因国家政治环境和文化背景而有所差异,并各具特色。目前我国巡逻勤务还存在着诸多不足,外国巡逻勤务制度对我国巡逻制度革新的启示:制定弹性的巡逻勤务规划、推动巡逻勤务信息化建设、执行严格的勤休制度、实行"警力一体化"等等。Patrol occupies an important position in the police duties, and is viewed as the most fundamental part of police duties by ruany countries. Owing to tire diverse political environ,he,it and cultural background, the police patrol duties of different countries are distinctive. Presently, China＇s patrol duty has many inadequacies, and the inspirations we may get from foreign patrol systems include： drawing up flexible plans for police patrol, promoting the information construction of patrol service, implementing strict service-and-rest system, practicing ＂police integration＂ and so on.
